Job Opportunity:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Pre Construction Manager to lead the pre-construction phase of high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across various industries.

The Role:

This position will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and project managers, you will manage budgeting, tendering, procurement, and project planning to set each build up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and develop project plans during the pre-construction phase
  • Collaborate with designers, estimators, sales teams, and project managers to ensure project viability
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and project requirements
  • Oversee contracts and compliance with industry regulations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before construction begins
  • Support business development efforts by providing pre-construction insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with proven experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within commercial fit-outs or construction. Required skills include strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and budgeting, excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, familiarity with construction contracts and compliance requirements, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
