Project Manager - Pre Construction

A leading design and construct firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the early lifecycle of high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the workplace industry.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage feasibility assessments and project planning during the pre-construction phase
  • Collaborate with designers, estimators, sales teams, and project managers to ensure project viability
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and project requirements
  • Oversee contracts and compliance with industry regulations
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before construction begins
  • Support business development efforts by providing pre-construction insights

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within commercial fit-outs or construction
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and budgeting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with construction contracts and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Procore and other project management software is desirable
