Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end hospitality and commercial fit-out projects as a detail-driven Senior Contracts Administrator.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in commercial and hospitality fit-outs, and a strong background in bids, tendering, and contract management.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Manage the tendering process, including preparation of bids, RFP responses, and cost submissions.
  • Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and timeframes.
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Manage variations, progress claims, and contract close-outs.
  • Support project delivery by maintaining strong commercial and contractual controls.
Requirements
  • Professional tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. law, commerce, construction).
  • Current Australian drivers license.
