Commercial Fit-Out Coordinator

This role offers a chance to join a fast-growing design and construction firm in Melbourne. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal part in the commercial fit-out process, working directly with experienced Project Managers and the Head of Construction.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage procurement processes and subcontractor agreements
- Prepare and administer contracts, variations, and progress claims
- Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to ensure effective budget control
- Utilize Premier construction software for cost tracking and documentation
- Conduct occasional site visits and maintain communication with all project stakeholders
- Support the delivery of high-end fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Work closely with national pre-construction and design teams for seamless handovers
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role
- Background in commercial construction – either in fit-out or new build
- Strong commercial understanding and confident with numbers
- Experience with (or quick to learn) Premier software
- Eager to progress into a Project Manager position
- Self-starter who thrives in a close-knit, fast-growing team environment
