Project Management Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our commercial fit-out projects, you will work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Process Coordination: Assist in coordinating procurement processes to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Site Team Management: Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to support project managers in making informed decisions.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contract administration duties, including trade letting and variation management.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working in a CA role delivering commercial fit-outs in Australia. Local experience is not necessary but preferred. You should also possess excellent building/reporting software skills and strong presentation skills. A degree/trades background is essential for this position.
