About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Bupaoptical as a Customer Value Specialist, where you will play a key role in delivering health solutions and claim resolutions that are meaningful to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.
  • Work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupaoptical brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
  • Take a 'customer first' approach, assisting existing Bupaoptical members in their day-to-day transactions, ensuring they understand the full value of their health insurance product, and providing solutions to any identified concerns or needs.
  • Educate members on all the benefits they can access.
