Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for executing merchandising tasks, building relationships with store personnel, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute merchandising tasks, including building shelving and product relocation, planograms, and displays.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, including Bunnings Warehouse contacts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to store staff.
  • Accurately report tasks and activities using a mobile device.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old and have full Australian working rights.
  • Hold a current State Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle.
  • Be physically fit and able to lift and bend.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising is highly desirable.
