Senior Business Development Executive

As a seasoned account leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
About the Job- You will lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support for performance and professional growth.
- You will deliver tailored presentations and proactive client-focused selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
- You will prospect new clients and achieve sales targets within allocated portfolios of agency clients.
- You will maintain and grow client portfolios across agency and direct businesses, identifying marketing challenges and collaborating on innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally in the media or advertising industry.
- Strong negotiation skills to maximize value for clients and the business.
- 3-5 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience with a proven track record of success.
