To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an agronomist, a Bachelor of Ag Science or equivalent, and strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.

You should also have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience with plant and soil nutrition for perennial and annual horticulture crops.
