Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record of developing and executing agronomy business plans, driving growth and exceeding targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced agronomic advice and solutions to horticulture customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams to drive business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess a minimum 5 years' experience as an agronomist with a Bachelor of Ag Science or equivalent.

Demonstrated skills in negotiation, influencing and problem-solving are essential, as well as intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
