Equipment Health Strategist

This position is responsible for overseeing the management of covered equipment under assigned Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA). The Fleet Manager will demonstrate value in Equipment Health Management (EHM) and work closely with regional/district field operations to maintain and enhance service quality delivery and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Alert Management: Investigate and resolve alerts in a timely manner, providing resolution and closure with the customer.
- CATCH: Promote InSight System equipment health-related alerts to Customer Advisory to Change in Health (CATCH) and clearly document all actions taken.
- Predictive Maintenance: Promote high-value InSight System CATCHs to Preventive Action Reports (PAR) to provide value-added documentation to the customer on services included in the LTSA.
- Service Bulletin Management: Review and manage all service bulletins issued for covered equipment under the LTSA to determine applicability and support customers with implementation planning.
The Fleet Manager must have demonstrated advanced technical management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Effective work under pressure, a high energy level, and sense of urgency are also essential.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline, requiring a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the Power Generation/Oil & Gas industries.
