Senior Health and Safety Strategist

This senior role involves leading regional health, safety, and wellbeing strategy, mentoring professionals to shape leadership and performance.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of health, safety, and wellbeing programs and initiatives across Queensland and Western Australia.
  • Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and liaison with regulatory bodies.
  • Mentor and coach health, safety, and wellbeing partners and advisors.
  • Develop and deliver training and capability-building programs across sites.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in senior WHS roles, strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management, as well as proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned health, safety, and wellbeing professional to shape safety culture at a strategic level.
