A Regional Revenue Growth Specialist will drive business expansion and growth through exceptional customer service, strategic partnerships, and effective risk management.
Main Responsibilities:- Enhance brand visibility throughout the region by actively promoting the company at public events.
- Nurture and manage key customer relationships within assigned portfolios to foster loyalty and long-term growth.
- Support data-driven decision-making by monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate across channels to understand and meet holistic customer needs, including lending requirements.
- Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve desired portfolio growth, focusing on market trends and competitor analysis.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive a unified approach, ensuring seamless support and service delivery while meeting customer and business objectives.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or finance.
- Demonstrated experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on relationship management and portfolio growth.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of risk analysis, cash flow management, portfolio evaluation, and credit checking.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when required.
