Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and manage key customer relationships within assigned portfolios to foster loyalty and long-term growth.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate across channels to understand and meet holistic customer needs, including lending requirements.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve desired portfolio growth, focusing on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive a unified approach, ensuring seamless support and service delivery while meeting customer and business objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on relationship management and portfolio growth.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of risk analysis, cash flow management, portfolio evaluation, and credit checking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when required.
