Job Summary

We are seeking an Agricultural Business Growth Specialist to join our Regional and Agribusiness Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing diverse agricultural business customers, providing tailored financial solutions, and building strong relationships across the community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of agricultural business customers, identifying opportunities for growth and providing strategic advice on financial solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, regional customers, and other industry professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver innovative financial solutions and support business development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • A strong knowledge of the agricultural sector and regional markets within banking and finance.
  • Experience in relationship management and financial solutions, preferably in an agribusiness or rural banking context.
  • A commercial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
