Senior Site Support Coordinator

Raytheon Australia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Site Support Coordinator to join our Facilities team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of the facility, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating security and EHS&W requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all employees and visitors can carry out their duties safely and effectively.
  • Respond to enquiries for infrastructure assistance requests using workflow systems.
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure the facility operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide project coordination support for building fit out changes/upgrades and plant & equipment modifications.
  • Execute on-site security tasks, including issuing ID and access passes, and administering the onsite access control system.
  • Execute on-site EHS&W tasks, including supporting the EHS&W committee by resolving onsite EHS&W issues.
  • Maintain all site documentation, including Facility, Security, and EHS&W registers, maintenance schedules, and site plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and/or facilities management skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, including document/records management and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to review and provide recommendations for new and existing procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in a project-driven, technology-oriented environment.
  • Current Drivers License.

Must be an Australian citizen and/or eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Eligibility can be found at https://www.defence.gov.au/Adsc/.
