About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our team at PARK Senior Villas Chandler. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end service experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the design and delivery of service design projects, including journey mapping, service blueprints, and personas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and develop solutions that meet customer needs
  • Manage and deliver contextual research and insights to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Continuously develop and improve design processes and methods to ensure best-in-class service design
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in human-centered design disciplines
  • Tertiary qualifications in User Experience Design, Service Design, or related disciplines
  • Proven experience working in government or a similar sector
  • Demonstrated experience designing for the health sector
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Highly developed coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience supporting complex and cross-agency programs of work
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in building and delivering customer journeys and supporting the execution of product or service delivery
  • Strong service design experience with a digital and/or omni-channel focus and business process transformation
  • Extensive experience with process mapping and process improvement development and implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding and application of Design Thinking principles
