As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to join our team as an Event Sales Manager.

The Brighton Beach Hotel is seeking an experienced individual who can manage event operations, coordinate sales initiatives, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, cost, and organize function packages
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database
  • Make timely sales calls, follow-up, and secure sales in a prompt manner
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare detailed quotes within 24 hours of request
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Update and maintain promotional materials across various mediums

Requirements:

  • Display a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and be a team player with a hands-on approach
  • Prior experience in functions sales leadership with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets, and deliver projects on time
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage inbound enquiries and maintain a comprehensive client database using a Function Management System
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
