Key Event Coordinator Role

This key role involves handling event sales, coordination and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, events or FOH dining operations.

  • Responsibilities include managing enquiries, generating leads and communicating with stakeholders to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to source new business opportunities and ensure successful repeat events.

The working day is expected to be 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on any of the seven days of the week, and flexibility is required to allow for business necessities.

About You

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in sales, events/event management, or FOH dining operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using reservations systems (e.g. IVvy, SevenRooms).
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to work under pressure, manage multiple events and adapt to changing priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with budgets and demonstrated experience meeting targets/KPIs.
  • Excellent food & beverage knowledge.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willing to obtain).
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain).
