Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner-tenant relationships, leading with expertise, and offering top-tier service.

The Duties

  • Listing and advertisement of properties in the region
  • Open inspections and private viewings to showcase properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues, and contractors
  • Lease renewals, tenant selection, and property appraisals to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage routines, ingoings, and outgoings to maintain a high level of service
  • Repairs and maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Attending court hearings when required to represent the company
  • Rental arrears management to minimize losses

Requirements

  • Property Management Registration is essential
  • Experience in Property Tree is highly regarded
  • Initiative and a passion for the industry are a must
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills are required
  • A high level of care factor and customer service is expected
  • Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills are necessary
