">About the Role
">We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at Oaks Cable Beach Resort. As this role involves welcoming guests upon arrival, you will be responsible for ensuring they feel at home with your warm presence. You will also guide and support your team in providing outstanding guest experiences.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Provide a superior guest welcoming experience through commitment to service excellence and adherence to front office and reception operational standards.
- Meet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Maintain open and honest communication to assist guests and facilitate accurate bookings.
- Guide and support your team in delivering exceptional guest welcoming and experiencing services.
- Complete daily tasks accurately and on time.
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and prepare daily reports.
- Manage the team roster effectively to meet business needs.
- Support the Hotel Manager with recruitment efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should have:
">- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supervisor position within a hotel environment.
- Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- An understanding of trust accounting principles.
- A passion for delivering proactive, exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
