Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's established menu, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer satisfaction.
Plan and modify the menu as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of quality.
Manage the overall kitchen operations effectively, ensuring smooth service and maintaining strict quality and presentation standards.
Monitor and order supplies to maintain stock levels efficiently and minimize waste.
Assist in the selection, training, and supervision of kitchen staff, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of previous cooking experience in a similar role.
Professional trade qualification in culinary arts or a related field.
Food Safety Certificate and adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for cooking and delivering memorable dining experiences.

We are currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and experienced Chef/Cook to join our dedicated kitchen team on a full-time basis.
This position will be responsible for assisting in the daily kitchen operations and as well as with the variety of conferences and events held at our property.
You will be joining a hard-working, professional, and friendly Kitchen Team involved in the delivery of an outstanding product and service to our guests and expected to maintain strict quality and presentation standards.
Depending on your availability, you may be rostered for shifts on any day of the week in servicing our Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner operations, or conferences and events.
