About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized portfolio of properties in Broome, Derby, and the Kimberley Region. Your key duties will include:

  • Listing and advertising properties to attract new tenants
  • Conducting open inspections and private viewings to showcase properties
  • Building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues, and contractors
  • Lease renewals, tenant selection, and property appraisals
  • Routine maintenance, ingoings, and outgoings
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Attending court hearings when required
  • Rental arrears management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Property Management Registration
  • Experience in property management software
  • Initiative and a passion for the industry
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
