Senior Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Manager to drive the strategic management and execution of our training capability.

As the Senior Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive competency development for training specialists across the business.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive competency development for training specialists;
  • Lead a large and diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities;
  • Provide recommendations on tools, technologies and standards adoption;
  • Strategic planning and capability development covering people, process and tools aspects including needs analysis, design and development;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery;
  • A recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment;
  • Proven experience in the analysis and design of training curricula and/or developing training media;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on strategy and leadership. A tertiary qualification in training development and delivery is essential, as well as a recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment.
