Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the strategic growth and expansion of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive RTO operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial sustainability, and delivering exceptional training outcomes. They will also lead team development, foster a high-performance culture, and develop strategic partnerships with industry, employers, and governments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage RTO operations across multiple departments
  • Maintain ASQA compliance standards and funding contract obligations
  • Oversee training delivery quality and continuous improvement programs
  • Lead team development and foster a high-performance culture
  • Develop strategic industry, employer, and government partnerships
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, senior management experience within an RTO environment, and comprehensive knowledge of ASQA compliance and funding contract management. They will also demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, as well as advanced organisational and time management skills.
