Building Inspections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Inspections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of various buildings across Tasmania, utilizing cutting-edge technology and equipment.
About the Role:- Conduct detailed inspections of building systems, fixtures, and fabrics to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Collect and record vital information using tablets and other digital tools, ensuring timely and efficient data upload as required.
- Compile comprehensive reports for assessments, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain high levels of data capture quality, collaborating with the team to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Measure rooms and create basic floorplans to support assessment outcomes.
- Proven experience in inspections or data capture projects.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Australian driver's license.
- CURRENT Registration to Work with Vulnerable People or ability to obtain it.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras.
- A professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
