Key Responsibilities:- Conduct meticulous pre-purchase building inspections
- Deliver transparent and detailed reports
- Communicate inspection results professionally and clearly
- Public liability and professional indemnity insurance coverage
- In-depth understanding of Australian Standards (AS 4349.1)
- A reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license
- Australian Business Number for invoicing purposes
- Technical proficiency in reporting software
- Experience in conducting building or pre-purchase inspections
- Proficiency in drone usage, although not essential it is highly regarded
