
Senior Leadership Position

This is a hands-on leadership position that involves working directly with clients and managing administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be a confident and compassionate leader who can provide coaching, supervision, and support to team members. They will also have experience in managing documentation, incident reporting, and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing leadership and coaching to team members
- Supporting clients with complex needs and ensuring services align with their goals
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support
- Monitoring compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies
- Managing documentation and staff performance
This role requires a strong clinical or age care background, with a Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or a related field. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is also essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (Paid status)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- QLD C Class Driver's Licence with registered and insured vehicle
