Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORTING DAILY OPERATIONS: Collaborate with the Centre Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • MENTORING EDUCATORS: Provide guidance and support to educators to enhance curriculum delivery and promote professional growth.
  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Foster strong relationships with families and the local community through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • HANDS-ON SUPPORT: Offer practical assistance across the service to ensure the smooth delivery of educational programs.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • EARLY CHILDHOOD QUALIFICATIONS: Hold a Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • VALID CLEARANCE: Possess a valid Blue Card / Working with Children Check.
  • LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE: Have experience as a Senior Educator, Educational Leader, or Assistant Director.
