Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join their team in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to drive people and culture initiatives that align with corporate objectives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior People Partner role, with demonstrated skills and experience in leading the development and implementation of people & culture strategies, programs, and initiatives at a senior level.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to shape and drive strategic and operational change initiatives that impact divisions and people.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, business coach, and influencer to the heads of divisions on People & Culture.
  • Manage the development and implementation of organisational people & culture change programs that align with corporate objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder, organisational, self, and priority management skills, as well as sound experience in dealing with a diverse range of people at all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides consultancy, advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff on a wide variety of People and Culture matters.
  • Partner with executive management and other key stakeholders to develop, embed, and sustain people and culture initiatives and solutions for their teams.
  • Ensure compliance with and resolve issues related to HR and WHS regulations, legislation, and organisation policy.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a senior People Partner role.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in leading the development and implementation of people & culture strategies, programs, and initiatives at a senior level.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources degree or a relevant discipline.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $180,000 and $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. Charterhouse offers a competitive remuneration package, including benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
