About the Role

This is a high-impact position that will report directly to our Head of People Operations, working in partnership to shape and reinforce our company culture and values. As a Senior People Partner, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to support them in building and nurturing high-performing teams across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Identify challenges, drive solutions, and ensure recommendations align with our company goals. Foster a high-performance environment through our leaders.
  • Data Insights: Utilize data to inform decision-making around workforce planning, performance management, compensation banding, and more.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously iterate and review our people business partnering process.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 2-3 business partners across APAC.
About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with at least 4 years of people partnering experience in a high-growth/high-performance environment. Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and regulations is essential, with bonus points for familiarity with Philippines and Japanese legislation. You should be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
