About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Partnering Business Leader to join our team in New Zealand. As a key member of our Global People Strategy team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business success.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic partnering support to our Chief Business Operations & Strategy Officer, while also leading a team of Business Partners who support senior leaders across the organization.

You will work closely with other members of the Global People Leadership team to develop and embed our global people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving organizational change.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance and coaching to senior stakeholders on complex people issues, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.

In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks related to employment legislation and practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

This role requires a unique blend of leadership, business acumen, and technical expertise in human resources. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic partnering support to the Chief Business Operations & Strategy Officer
  • Lead a team of Business Partners who support senior leaders across the organization
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business success through HR initiatives
  • Work closely with other members of the Global People Leadership team to develop and embed our global people strategy
  • Provide guidance and coaching to senior stakeholders on complex people issues
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to employment legislation and practices
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering business outcomes through HR initiatives
  • Strong leadership and partnership working skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and other members of the Global People Leadership team
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and practices
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
