About the Opportunity

Take on a strategic role within our talent management team, where you will lead the design and implementation of approaches that help us identify, develop and retain talented individuals aligned to our strategic direction.

This position requires you to partner across the business to design and deliver talent solutions and initiatives that support selection, retention, and succession for critical talent cohorts. You will be responsible for consulting with People & Culture to embed these approaches.

We are looking for someone with expertise in talent management and business partnering, who can demonstrate experience in the design and embedment of commercially focused, pragmatic talent management programs in a mid-to-large-sized organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent management approaches that align with our strategic direction
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver talent solutions and initiatives
  • Consult with People & Culture to embed talent management approaches

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in talent management and business partnering
  • Ability to design and embed commercially focused, pragmatic talent management programs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
