Job Title: Strategic Talent Manager

This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership skills and talent management expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance people capability across the organisation.

The key duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing initiatives and programs to improve recruitment and selection processes;
  • Providing coaching and training to General Managers and Quality Connectors on recruitment and selection activities;
  • Overseeing the standardisation of employee induction at all levels through the development of an onboarding program and associated induction processes;
  • Developing and facilitating workshops aimed at building team-capability and better work practices;
  • Developing a talent management pathway for emerging leaders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of organisational psychology and best practice frameworks;
  • A solid understanding of employment legislation;
  • Demonstrated success in contributing to an organisational 'people and culture' strategic plan;
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong observational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.
