Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Leader\Helpers to Deliver a High Performing Team

The Ipswich City Council is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead our talent acquisition team who are responsible for all recruitment within the organization.

This role will be responsible for building a high performing talent acquisition team, and collaborating with senior leaders to deliver unique talent solutions in a competitive market. Reporting to the People Services Manager, you will:

  • Guide all campaign recruitment activity, and provide recommendations on sourcing strategies\
  • Utilize various platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search) build talent pools and pipelines to assist with future recruitment needs\
  • Collaborate with the broader People and Culture team to develop new initiatives that will have a key focus on delivering our Employee Experience Vision\
  • Continually drive the education of our people leaders to ensure the design and delivery of comprehensive and strategic talent initiatives\
  • Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in talent acquisition to support business objectives
