About this opportunity

As the Workplace Coordinator at JLL, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences for our client's Melbourne corporate location. This involves overseeing the end-to-end occupant experience, ensuring a welcoming and memorable environment for all staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities
  • Oversee daily management of work orders using JLL's in-house management system
  • Assist in budgeting, invoice approval, and monthly financial reporting
  • Provide exceptional client service as the go-to onsite contact for facilities and property queries
  • Ensure maintenance requests are actioned within specified timeframes
  • Coordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Oversee catering for special events as required
  • Uphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy
  • Monitor onsite health, safety, and risk management

Requirements

We're looking for a team player with a background in a similar role, hospitality, property management, or a related field. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
