We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Aboriginal Program Specialist.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of Aboriginal people and families. As an Aboriginal Program Specialist, you will be responsible for managing programs that aim to enhance outcomes for Aboriginal people, families, and communities.
You will work closely with our team to design and implement programs that address the needs of Regional Rural and Remote Aboriginal Communities. This includes developing project management methodologies to ensure high-quality outcomes across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our team to design, deliver, and evaluate programs that align with our organizational goals and meet client needs.
- Manage contracting, tendering, and capital works, including budget estimates and performance reports.
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure high-quality outcomes across our organization.
- Oversee performance reporting to facilitate monitoring of program deliverables and client outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Understanding of Regional Rural and Remote Aboriginal Community strengths, needs, and barriers.
- Understanding of Domestic and Family Violence.
- Experience in service planning, design, delivery, and evaluation.
