About the Role:

This position involves leading the development and implementation of the Aboriginal Employment and Engagement Strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and retain Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees;
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the effectiveness of existing programs;
  • Create and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge;
  • Collaborate with senior executives to ensure organisational culture and corporate strategies align to maximise the success of the Aboriginal Employment and Engagement Strategy;
