Senior Bid Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.

  • Strategic planning and content development: Take ownership of proposal content planning, writing, editing, and formatting to ensure consistent tone, branding, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Process improvement and compliance: Maintain and refine bid templates, libraries, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaboration and communication: Act as a central point of contact between bid, marketing, commercial, and delivery teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the end-to-end bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions.
  • Managing bid kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with internal stakeholders to align on win themes and key messaging.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, estimators, technical teams, and delivery personnel to coordinate input and approval.
  • Collaborating with the offshore team in the preparation and submission of tenders.
