Senior Bid Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Bid Coordinator, supporting three divisions of the Construction arm.

You will work closely with senior management to deliver bids for projects across various sectors, focusing on quality over quantity.

  • Lead the bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring high-quality submissions
  • Manage bid kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with senior leadership, estimators, technical teams and delivery personnel

  • Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate input and approval from senior leadership, estimators, technical teams and delivery personnel
  • Prepare and submit tenders with a future view to overseeing and managing the offshore team
