Job Title: Head of Sales APAC

EPG Group is a technology-driven services company that provides innovative workforce management, payroll, and legal solutions to businesses expanding across borders.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales who will drive sales growth, build relationships, and lead a team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about being involved at both the strategic and operational levels, growing sales while managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Lead and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across EPG Group's service lines (staffing, payroll, migration, and employment law).
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on new business development, client acquisition, and market expansion.
  • Hands-On Sales Activities: Take a leading role in direct sales, closing deals with key clients and partners, and actively engaging in significant sales negotiations.
  • Cross-Selling & Digital Transformation: Leverage our existing customer base to drive cross-sell opportunities and encourage the adoption of our technology platform.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, expand EPG Group's presence in both existing and new markets, and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall company initiatives.
  • Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously review and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, focusing on high satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for sales performance, regularly evaluate outcomes, and take corrective action when targets are not met.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Oversee revenue forecasts, track performance against targets, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved or exceeded.
  • Pricing and Contract Negotiations: Develop competitive pricing strategies and lead major contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
Requirements:
  • Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in a senior sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Strategic and Hands-On Leader: A proactive leader with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach, comfortable leading from the front and directly engaging in sales activities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Sales Methodologies: Deep understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and tools, including familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales with broader company objectives.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead complex contract negotiations and build long-term client relationships.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
