Snap Inc. is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive the company's growth and expansion in the APAC and ANZ regions. As the Head of APAC/ANZ Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's global goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the APAC and ANZ regions, including consumer and business marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, Comms, Sales, and Insights, to build and execute marketing programs that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketers across the APAC and ANZ regions, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including the APAC President and General Managers from ANZ, India, and China.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Global Chief Marketing Officer and senior leadership team on market and customer dynamics in the APAC and ANZ regions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Experience leading teams that operate cross-functionally and globally.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
