About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic marketing leader to join our team as Head of APAC/ANZ Marketing. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement across the APAC and ANZ regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for APAC and ANZ, aligned with Snap's global marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, Comms, Sales, and Insights, to build and execute marketing programs that drive business results.
  • Manage and develop a team of marketers across APAC and ANZ, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize program performance.

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and engagement.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
