About the Role

The Access Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive the growth of our Construction division in the APAC region. As the Head of Construction APAC, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, proposition evolution, and competitive positioning in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the overall performance of the Construction segment in the APAC region, within the ERP division.
  2. Be responsible for the growth of COINS and ConQuest products in the region, focusing on sales, retention, onboarding, and success of existing and new customers.
  3. Work alongside the divisional leadership team to drive the right priorities for the region while supporting our global growth ambitions.
  4. Help shape the team structure required to be successful in the region and be responsible for day-to-day management of the team.
Requirements
  • Extensive leadership experience in a revenue-building role across ERP software.
  • Hands-on approach and experience of leading a team with executional rigour, focus on performance metrics, and managing delivery cadence with clear accountability down to an individual rep level.
  • Ability to be the business' lighthouse figure in the market, in person and through social profile, ideally with a track record of social selling in LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated experience of step-changing team capability, including a successful track record of talent upgrade.
  • Experience working with an overseas HQ software business and how they managed the relationship with the organisation.
