The Business Growth team at Google focuses on client-facing initiatives, pipeline management, and achieving business growth goals. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with Account Management teams to devise strategies that accelerate growth across client portfolios and set them up for sustainable success.

As a trusted advisor and competitive seller, you will work closely with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. You will have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow.

We believe that our sales teams are key to customer success, bringing the best of Google to SMBs. By working together, we can shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers while having fun doing it.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing clients and identifying leads through provided account lists. You will develop and manage business growth pipelines, create data-driven client and agency plans, and deliver advertising solutions to optimize customer accounts.

You will contribute to the growth and direction of Google's products and services while prioritizing and delivering a positive customer experience to our advertisers. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
