Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering client-centered management and holistic care to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals return to work and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rehabilitation Case Management for clients returning to work
  • Manage treatment plans, attend telehealth conference calls, and conduct online assessments
  • Worksite Assessments (local travel required when permitted)
  • Pre-Employment Health Assessments, ergonomic assessments, and Job Task Analyses
  • Single-service assessments, including ADL, FCE, VOC, and skills assessments

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Strong time-management and organizing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and accurate report writing
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with DVA (desirable)
