We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Health And Community Recruitment. As a specialist recruitment agency, we connect passionate health talent with the best opportunities.
About the Role:
- Complete assessments and provide support services, including vocational capability and career counselling.
- Liaise between employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals.
- Make referrals to other health professionals as needed.
- Manage cases, setting goals, return-to-work plans, and following up on progress.
Requirements:
- Full registration with either AASW, AHPRA, or ASORC.
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation or a related field.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $73,000 - $95,000 + super + incentives based on experience.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
