About the Position

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact as an occupational rehabilitation specialist within a thriving team environment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing customized rehabilitation programs that help clients return to the workforce and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct vocational assessments and worksite evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans
  • Provide one-on-one support sessions to clients, focusing on their rehabilitation and return-to-work goals
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless rehabilitation and return-to-work processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in occupational rehabilitation or a related field
  • Professional registration with a relevant industry association (e.g., Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for travel to client sites and other work-related activities)
