About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our medical recruitment agency, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional injury management, disability management, and workplace rehabilitation services to our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential hazards and barriers to return to work.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop and implement effective return to work strategies.
  • Design and implement initiatives to support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients and employees to achieve optimal outcomes.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super.
  • Reimbursement for work-related travel expenses.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
