Gorilla Jobs is seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a leading national rehabilitation and safety company, we provide comprehensive services in rehabilitation, wellbeing, and safety to thousands of Australian businesses and workers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients, developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify client rehabilitation needs
  • Developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation plans to achieve client goals
  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Completing detailed reports on client progress and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Full AHPRA registration
