Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our client's team in Newcastle, specializing in Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management.
About the Role:
- Complete assessments and provide support services, including vocational capability and career counselling.
- Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to ensure seamless communication and case management.
- Make referrals to other health professionals as needed and provide case management services, including goal setting and return-to-work planning.
Requirements:
- Full registration with either the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC).
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management, or a willingness to transition into this field.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $73,000 - $95,000 + super + incentives, based on experience.
- The opportunity to work with a leader in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field.
